This course meets the requirements for the 45-hour training for home childcare providers, which must be completed within in the 3 years preceding the application for recognition as stated in Quebec’s Educational Childcare Regulation.

Objectives: The following 4 requirements for the training will be addressed: Role of the Provider, Child Development, Health and Nutrition, and Educational Program.

Method: Lectures, discussion, role play, films, and hands on experiences
