This course is suitable for all adults that know how to swim and would like to learn or improve their swimming techniques. The following strokes will be learned in this course: front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke and elementary back stroke. You will also improve your cardio and long distance swim.
Schedule description
Adult INTERMEDIATE group class / Cours de groupe Adulte INTERMEDIAIRE.
**Need to be able to swim at least 1 full lap including deep end. / Doit pouvoir nager une longueur complete incluant en haut profonde.
No Food, No Shoes, No Camera in the pool area / Pas de nourriture, pas de souliers, pas de camera autour de la piscine
