Ce niveau est une introduction au crawl (10 m), et à la nage sur le dos avec rotation des épaules (15 m). Les nageurs travaillent les plongeons, départ à genoux, le maintien à la surface (45 secondes, eau profonde) et développent un sens accru de leur propre sécurité en prenant conscience de leurs limites. L’endurance est augmentée en nageant sur une distance de 25 mètres.
This level introduces the front crawl (10m) and back swim with shoulder roll (15m). Swimmers work on kneeling dives, surface support (45 seconds, deep water) and developing a greater sense of self-safety by understanding their own limits. Endurance is built through a 25m swim.
