This course is suitable for all adults that wish to learn how to swim and are non-swimmers. In this course you will learn to control your movements in the water, float on your back and front, glide on back and front, initiation to front and back crawl and swimming in the deep end with flotation aids.

Schedule description
Adult 1 is for Beginners. No swimming experience needed!


Adult 1: You'll work towards a 10-15 m swim on your front and back. You'll do jump entries from the side and recover an object from the bottom in chest-deep water. Improve your fitness and your flutter kick with 4 x 9-12 m interval training.
