This course provides an introduction to Agile methodology and its application in project planning, collaboration, and task management. Participants will learn core Agile principles, explore popular frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and gain an understanding of Agile roles, user stories, backlog management, sprint reviews, story points, risk management, and the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
