Do you lack confidence to speak in English with customers or colleagues? Do you worry about how clear and effective your notes, emails and letters are? Ourr English in the Workplace course will help you improve your Canadian workplace communication.
The 40-hour ONLINE course targets essential interpersonal, speaking and writing skills. You will learn how to interpret and respond to cultural communication, host or contribute in meetings, answer questions effectively and write persuasive correspondence.
As this communication course focuses on using English comfortably in the workplace, learners should possess, at minimum, an intermediate proficiency level.
Schedule description
Distance learning. Classes will take place online via Microsoft Teams.
No placement tests - one level only. Students are expected to have a high-intermediate proficiency or higher in order to take this course.
A make-up class has been scheduled at the end of the course in the event of the cancellation of a lesson during the session.
